|
|
| Virucidal, bactericidal and fungicidal disinfectant |
Very powerful, non-toxic and non-corrosive disinfectant for hard and
non-porous surfaces for agricultural use in lodging, materials and animal
transportation vehicles.
Available in containers of 5, 20, 60 and 200 litres. |
| Characteristics |
ASEPTOL 2000 combines at the same time a detergent and disinfectant
action. The detergent capacity is obtained by the presence of 3 high concentration
quaternary ammonium.
The quaternary ammonium is as tensioactive as soap because of the presence of an
hydrophilic pole (attracted by water molecules) and by an hydrophobic pole
(attracted by lipids).
Therefore, it has a foaming and detergent ability recognized to be able to
attack and disorganize residual organic film that exists on hard and porous
surfaces.
So, they are soaking, emulsifying and soluble agents. They also have a
disinfectant power especially on bacteria and wrapped viruses.
The glutaraldehyde is a disinfectant from the aldehydes family,
approximately 20 times more powerful than formaldehyde.
It is active at the same time on viruses (nude viruses included), bacteria and
fungus. It's high concentration in the ASEPTOL 2000 formula allows a disinfectant
action even when used on low dosage. |

- Grower/ finisher: 6ml/ swine unit (on slats)
- Foot bath: 15ml/ litre (dilution of 1.5 %) every 2 to 3 days
- Material: 10ml/ litre (dilution of 1 %)
- Transport vehicles: 1.5 ml/ m2 of surface to treat

* It takes 300ml of Aseptol 2000 per square meter of surface to treat
(1,5ml pure/m2), these quantites were calculated with the help of a foamer
and/or pressure washer. These quantities amount to a 0.5 % utilisation.
