| How it works |
- The Boar Bot, with 4 wheel-drive and skid steering can lead or push
a boar with a harnest.
- This robot works with a remote control and is really easy to use.
- Two 12 volts deep cell batteries will power the two 24 volts motors
for up to 8 hours of continuous use.
- It is geared to travel 1,6ft/ second.
| Benefits |
- Approximately 42 minutes/ sow/ year/ person is allowed to stimulate
for detection and insemination, so about $ 8 CAN/ sow/ year.
- High chances of increasing farrowing rate and number of born.
- The boar is tied to the Boarbot with a rope that attaches to a
eather harness that straps around the Boar's shoulders.
- The rope is tied low, near the boar's chest, so it is unable to get
any lift and tip the Boarbot over.
- Since he is tethered behind the machine, the boar can come in
direct physical contact with the sows. Possibility to inseminate
alone with Boar Bot.
